All Kelon products come with a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects and specified repairs. Coverage varies by product, so check your appliance’s model code or warranty information provided at the time of purchase.
First, make sure the unit is switched on, the filter is clean, and the temperature is set correctly. If it’s still not cooling as expected, reach out to Kelon support for assistance.
Some mechanical sounds are normal, like the compressor humming or the fan running. If the noise is loud or continuous, our technicians are here to help.
Check that the door is securely closed, the load is balanced, and the drain hose isn’t blocked. Try running a smaller load to see if it spins correctly.
Turn off the system, unplug it for approximately 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
